A man retrieves a phone that fell into a lake a year ago and is still working

Taiwan-ALSHARQIYA   April  12 : The BBC reported last Friday that a man lost his phone with lake water in Taiwan while practicing board rowing a year ago, and has now succeeded in recovering it.
It turned out that the phone was still working thanks to its waterproof cover, and the man known as Chen believed that his phone had disappeared forever when it sank to the bottom of Sun Moon Lake.
A severe drought in Taiwan dried up the famous watering hole, and a worker found Chen's phone in the mud.
Chen said that the operator who returned the phone told him that "Sun Moon" Lake is experiencing the lowest water levels in "50 to 60 years".
The drought was the worst in Taiwan in 56 years.
