Dhi Qar-ALsharqiya October 23: A person was injured in a conflict between two clans in the border area separating the provinces of Dhi Qar and Basra. A security source said that a dispute with light and medium weapons erupted between two clans in the Al-Jbayish district, far south of Dhi Qar governorate, as a result of previous disputes, noting that the conflict resulted in the injury of a resident of Basra governorate who was close to the incident, and that he was transferred to a hospital for treatment. Another clan conflict erupted in Shatrah district, north of Dhi Qar, between two clans, without any human casualties recorded.
