A woman commits 414 traffic offenses worth $ 67,000

Emirates-ALSHARQIYA  March 17: The General Command of Ajman Police in the United Arab Emirates caught a reckless driver who committed at least 414 traffic violations, whose value exceeded 247,490 dirhams (67,800 dollars).
According to the Emirati newspaper, Al Bayan, most of the driver’s violations were detected by radar, in order for the driver to exceed the speed limit for the road.
Police patrols detected the car after its driver committed 414 violations, at a rate of 4 violations every week for 3 years.
After investigations, it was found that the vehicle was owned by an Arab woman of thirty years of age, and that violations had accumulated on it until it reached 247,490 dirhams.
According to the police, it became clear that the reason for her wrongdoing was due to negligence and lack of attention to the speed of the road, and therefore the car was seized until the full amount was paid, in addition to giving the woman a 6-month period before selling her car at auction.
