Jordan-ALsharqiya June 20: The coach of the Jordanian national football team, Iraqi Adnan Hamad, affirmed his happiness with the confidence of the Jordan Federation headed by Prince Ali bin Al Hussein, to lead the players during the coming period.
Hamad said in his speech to the official website of the Jordan Football Association, today, Thursday: "Leading the national team is a great responsibility, and I seek to achieve the aspirations of the Federation and the Jordanian fans, to restore the prestigious position of the young people."
He added, "I have a close relationship with the Jordanian Federation headed by Prince Ali, and I look forward to building on the gains that have been made in recent years. We have a great deal of work to develop a competitive team that meets everyone's aspirations."
Hamad expressed his enthusiasm to start his official duties with the Jordanian national team, starting tomorrow, Saturday, to lead the Al-Nashami training in Doha, in preparation for facing South Sudan next Monday evening in the qualifying round of the Arab Cup 2021.
The Jordanian national team continues its preparations in Kuwait, led by coach Amer Shafie and fitness coach Karim Mallush, temporarily, pending departure for Doha on Friday evening in preparation for the Arab station.
