Baghdad-ALsharqiya, April 10: An official funeral ceremony for the body of the great plastic artist, Bassem Muhammad, took place in Baghdad today, Saturday, and cultural, popular and political circles participated in the funeral, and from the Academy of Fine Arts to his final resting place. The Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, expressed his condolences and sympathy to the family of the great plastic artist, Basem Muhammad. Al-Kazemi said in a tweet on Twitter that the great artist, Balasim Muhammad, left the world of creativity and the Iraqi academic life after leaving an imprint on the Iraqi formation. Al-Kazemi added that the deceased left a creative legacy that was rich in the artistic movement in Iraq.
