Armed clan conflict in Al-Akaika district, south of Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate

Nasiriyah -ALsharqiya October 28: An armed clan conflict erupted in Al-Akaika district, south of Nasiriyah, in Dhi Qar governorate, without causing any casualties. Local sources said that medium weapons were used in the conflict, which provoked a state of terror and fear among the people. The conflict comes after about a week of a conflict that erupted in the district due to a quarrel during a popular football match, which resulted in the death and injury of 11 people, while the security authorities launched a campaign of raids and searches in the district to confiscate weapons.
