Arsenal fall into a draw against Slavia Prague

England-ALSHARQIYA    April  9 : Slavia Prague, Czech Republic, snatched a precious 1-1 draw from host Arsenal, in the first leg of the quarter-final round of the European Football League.
The Czech team succeeded in achieving a positive result at the stadium of its English competitor, who had previously swept it 7 - zero in the only confrontation between them at the start of their UEFA Champions League campaign in the 2008-2009 season.
Slavia Prague suffices a goalless draw or win any result to qualify for the semi-finals, while Arsenal will have to win or draw with a score of more than 1 - 1 to ensure access to the golden square.

Arsenal advanced through Ivorian Nicolas Pepe in the 86th minute, before Thomas Hulch equalized for the Czech team in the third minute of calculated time, instead of lost for the second half.
The return match between the two teams will be held in the Czech capital, Prague, on the 15th of this month.
