Celine Dion cancels her Las Vegas concerts due to medical reasons

USA-ALSHARQIYA October 21: International star Celine Dion announced that she has canceled, for medical reasons, a series of concerts, which she was supposed to perform next November and January in the American city of Las Vegas, as part of a tour during which she presents her new program.
"I must focus on my health to get better quickly (...) I want to get out of this situation as quickly as possible," the Canadian singer said, in a statement posted on social media on Tuesday, adding that she was "very saddened by this situation."
Celine Dion suffers from "severe and persistent muscle spasms" that prevent her from participating in rehearsals on stage.
This resulted in the cancellation of concerts scheduled from November 5-20, as well as those scheduled from January 19 to February 5, 2022, but the singer hoped to return to her tour on March 9. 2022.
"I'm so sorry I disappointed the fans who had planned to come to Las Vegas," the Canadian singer wrote.
In November, screenings of Valerie Lemercier's "Aline", a film adapted from Dion's life, begin in cinemas.
