Washington-ALSHARQIYA  January 16: The governors of several US states declared a state of emergency and called in the National Guard and closed their Capitol headquarters in response to warnings of potentially violent demonstrations before the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden on the twentieth of this month.
American sources told "The Associated Press" that although the details are still not known, it is expected that the demonstrations will start in the capitals of the United States and will continue until the inauguration day, which is scheduled for next Wednesday.
