Experts: The solution is to have a joint nomination of judges

Baghdad-ALSHARQIYA October  26 : Legal experts said that the solution to the federal court law problem lies in returning to Article Three, whereby the nomination of members is shared between the Federal Court and the Judicial Council, in consultation.
They added that the fifth article of the Federal Court Law requires that its sessions be held in full quorum, and on the contrary its decisions are incorrect, stressing that the legislation of a new law for the Federal Court is very difficult because it needs two-thirds of the members of Parliament.
