Financial Facilities: Reducing the financial interest on loans 4%

Baghdad-ALSHARQIYA  July 3 : The Central Bank of Iraq announced reducing the interest rate on small and medium loans to 4%, and Ihsan Shamran, Director General of Accounting at the Central Bank said that "the decision to reduce interest on project loans came in consideration of the citizen in light of the Corona pandemic crisis." The Central Bank has already postponed the loan repayment period for a period of three months from April to the first of July, indicating that the bank may take a decision to reconsider the extension of the deferment of the repayment, but until now there is no official decision in this regard.
