General Electric announces the introduction of two service units at the Zubair Power Plant

Basra-ALSHARQIYA   September  21 : General Electric Company announced the connection of two gas turbines at the Zubair Power Plant with the national grid.
Joseph Anees, Executive Director of the Energy Services Business Unit at General Electric, said that adding electric power to the national grid is of utmost importance to eliminate power outages facing Iraq, so the two turbines will be able to generate up to 300 megawatts and the construction and construction works are expected to be completed.
