Italian Prime Minister calls for the final to be moved from London to Rome

Berlin-ALSHARQIYA  June 21: Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi revealed on Monday that he supports holding the European Football Championship final in Rome instead of London due to the increasing cases of the emerging coronavirus "Covid-19" in Britain.

Draghi said at a press conference in Berlin with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, in response to a question if he supports moving the final to Rome: Yes, I oppose holding the final in a country where cases of injuries are increasing rapidly.

The famous Wembley Stadium in the British capital, London, will host the final match of the European Cup "Euro 2020" next month.
