Observers: Attacks affect the fight against terrorism in Iraq

Baghdad-ALSHARQIYA  June 20: Western military officials and diplomats in Iraq warned that attacks targeting Iraqi military sites not only pose a threat to many of their forces, but also threaten their ability to combat ISIS.

These diplomats made it clear that ISIS still maintains sleeper cells in desert and mountainous areas in Iraq, and that targeting Iraqi bases that host non-combat forces within the international coalition undermines efforts to combat the organization.
