Umm Qasr-ALsharqiya July 10: The General Company for Ports of Iraq announced an increase in the revenues of the northern Umm Qasr port during the month of June. The director of the Ports Company, Farhan Al-Fartousi, said in a statement that the revenues of Umm Qasr Al-Shamali port amounted to about 19 billion and 246 million dinars during the month of June, and that the rate of docking of ships on the port’s berths amounted to about 73 ships, while the rate of unloading was about 609 thousand and 116 tons.
