Deir Ezzor -ALSharqiyah, May 23: The US Central Command announced that the US-led coalition and the Syrian Democratic Forces killed two ISIS leaders in a raid in eastern Syria this week. The Central Command (Centcom) said in a statement that Ahmed Issa Ismail Al-Zawy and Ahmad Abd Muhammad Hassan Al-Jaghifi were killed in the joint raid on an ISIS site in the Deir Al-Zour Governorate on May 17, and the statement added that Al-Zawy, also known as Abu Ali Al-Baghdadi, was "the governor of ISIS, ”north of Baghdad, is responsible for spreading and communicating terrorist directives from senior ISIS leaders to its elements in northern Baghdad, and he explained that al-Jaghaifi, also known as Abu Ammar, was a senior official in the logistics and supplies of ISIS, and was responsible for directing the process of securing and transporting weapons, explosive devices, and personnel in All over Iraq and Syria, and he indicated that the exclusion of these two elements would disrupt future attacks against innocent civilians and security partners in the region.
