UNAMI Mission: A series of recommendations for the Electoral Commission after the confusion of appointments

Baghdad-ALSHARQIYA  June 5 : The United Nations Mission in Iraq issued a series of recommendations to the Electoral Commission after the chaos of appointments in the provincial offices, warning of the consequences of the absence of justice in general and in Kirkuk in particular. The foremost is to cancel the decision to reduce the academic standard for appointment to offices in the governorates, to ensure equal representation in Kirkuk, and to keep UNHCR offices in the province from intolerance.The United Nations expressed its surprise at reducing the criteria for accepting employees in the divisional offices and the people in the governorates, indicating that the Commission was supposed to consult the United Nations before making any amendment to the decisions of the Board of Commissioners that shake the confidence of the street
